Highly complex, very primary, inky nose hints at blackberry, black cherry, licorice, spicecake and tree bark dominated by the mourvedre. Then dense, thick and sappy in the mouth, with brooding black fruit and mineral flavors and superb precision.

Another class act from the Barton Family. This full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is warm, attractive and smooth with lovely ripe fruit and a vanilla after taste. Why not try it with a macaroni cheese.

This is a huge and powerfull wine from the Montalcino area, made of 100% Sangiovese from one of Italies greatest Brunello producers today: Siro Pacenti. Also Pacenti's Rosso di Montalcino is considered to be as one the finest in the area.

This wine is aged in small barrels for 32 months using new, very high quality new French oak. After aging the wine is refined in bottle for at least one year.

This wine grabs you by the cheeks and gives you a big kiss. This is Robert Parker's favourite vintage of Grande Mayne, it's pure, clean and rich with copious amounts of black fruit. Dazzling with steak!
