Shiraz/Syrah

This Shiraz wine shows ripe blackberry and redcurrant notes along with some light floral nuances, perhaps a hint of rose petal. The palate is dry but brimming with rich, ripe fruit perfectly balanced by a fresh acidity and velvet-like tannins.

Turkish Delight, clove and juniper on the nose followed by fresh red stone fruits with strong white pepper and light spice to finish. The careful use of French oak creates gamey, smoked meat hints. A bold but elegant slow-food wine.

Aromas of licorice, dark fruits, toasty oak and chocolatey rum and raisin. The palate is soft with rich blackberry and stewed plum flavours.

Colour: Very dark garnet colour.
Nose: Ripe red fruits, cassis and raspberry, and licorice.
