Francois Lurton makes one of the tastiest Sauvignon Blancs in the Pay d'Oc region of Southern France. It has a vivid, racy elderflower character on the nose and an appealing touch of richness and weight on the palate.

Pale gold in appearance. Aromas of grapefruit, lime and bright citrus entice the nose. Well balanced acidity and length, with refined structure and dry finish.

This wine reflects elements of flavour from its surroundings and cool growing climate. Aromas of gooseberry, lemon zest and grassy nuances. Sublet tropical aromas with hints of passion fruit, and citrus are reflected effortlessly on the palate and complemented by great minerallity and crisp acidity leaving seamless juicy afterthoughts.

This is a stellar Sauvignon Blanc; crisp, clean and light, with delicate flavours of bright citrus, lychee and peach. Well Balanced with a nice finish and great with fish and chips.
